• share your account or program access with others, or use a single membership for multiple people;

• use the Services to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or harass, abuse, or harm other members.

6. Intellectual property

All content provided through the Services, including courses, videos, text, graphics, the X University and Excellence University names, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

7. Member content

You retain ownership of content you post in the community or submit to the Services. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the Services. You are responsible for content you post and must have the rights to share it.

8. AI features

Some Services include AI-assisted features such as an AI mentor. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for educational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for how you use any output.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce any specific result, outcome, income, or career advancement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues.
