Lesson 10 of 13

Track 05 · Tools

NotebookLM Pro

By the end of this lesson you will be able to turn a pile of sources into institutional memory you can query and brief from. Core ideas: a notebook is grounded, it answers only from the sources you add (PDFs, links, YouTube, docs), so answers are citable and trustworthy; curate tightly (the right 20 sources beat 200 noisy ones); and use it as a team brain, generating briefings, FAQs, and audio overviews from the same notebook. Worked example: build a notebook from your best playbooks and competitor docs, then ask it for a one-page, cited brief before a meeting. Practice task: create a notebook on one topic, add 10-15 quality sources, and generate a summary plus three questions you did not know to ask.
