As a leader, adopt these tools personally; use specialized sub-agents to simulate scenarios and stress-test your thinking, instead of delegating AI entirely to IT. Push the system for many options and act as the curator; that is how you raise your own strategic taste. Example: take a hard strategic decision, feed in your organization's context, and direct the model to act as an advisory committee, generating radical alternatives, simulating the pros and cons of each, and arguing against your biases to sharpen your judgment. Boardroom action: run one real strategic decision through an orchestrated AI workflow, documenting the prompts, constraints, and sub-tasks you assigned to reach the conclusion.
